Translink Infrastructure Consultants Pvt. Ltd. recently celebrated a significant milestone — 15 years of engineering excellence, organisational growth, and human transformation. The evening brought together our leadership, team members, partners, and well-wishers, creating a memorable celebration of purpose and progress.
We were honoured to welcome Shri Prahaladbhai Shivrambhai Patel (Chairman & Managing Director, PSP Projects Ltd.) as the Chief Guest, whose presence and wisdom made the occasion truly inspiring.
Leadership Wisdom from the Chief Guest: The 3P Philosophy
In his keynote address, Shri P. S. Patel shared profound insights based on his long leadership journey. He spoke about the 3 Ps — People, Product, and Profit, emphasising that:
- People must always be at the top of the organisational triangle.
“Great companies are built by great people first — everything else follows.” - Recognition may not always be immediate, but consistent hard work never goes unnoticed.
“If the boss doesn’t see, the client sees. Your work always speaks for you.” - Owning mistakes and learning from them builds character and long-term success.
- For India to achieve its vision of a USD 5 trillion economy,
“we must train, discipline, and skill our youth — shaping them into the professionals the nation needs.”
His message blended humility, discipline, and aspiration — values deeply aligned with Translink’s own cultural ethos.
Chairman’s Reflections: Values That Shaped Translink
Our Chairman, Mr. Tejas Patel, expressed heartfelt gratitude and reflected on the values that shaped both his leadership and the organisation.
He spoke about:
- The importance of upbringing and family values,
- How integrity, hard work, and humility laid the foundation of Translink,
- And how every achievement in these 15 years is the result of collective dedication.
He thanked the entire Translink family, capturing the spirit of the day with the theme:
Grace, Gratitude & Glee.
An Evening of Culture, Celebration & Togetherness
