From hesitation to confidence; from exposure to impact.

I joined Translink as a postgraduate GET in Transportation Engineering and was immediately immersed in Business Development and techno-commercial work. The learning curve was steep, and adapting to real-world complexities was initially overwhelming.
But those early uncertainties shaped my confidence. Over the years, I grew into a role that now spans technical assignments, international business, vendor management, and new initiatives. What drives me is that learning never stops — and at Translink, growth is a continuous responsibility, not a phase.

From first highway design assignment to leading complex corridors.

I joined Translink in 2017 as a Highway Design Engineer, when the company was in its early growth phase. My first assignment was the critical Bilaspur–Pathrapalli project for Adani Group — a level of responsibility I had never seen in my previous MNC experience.
Delivering that project sharpened both my technical and project management abilities, shaping the foundation for my work today on high-speed corridors and road safety. Translink has ensured I never settle — the unexpected is always expected, and that keeps me evolving.
