Multiple-stakeholder coordination across NHAI, valuers, and investors required maintaining methodological consistency and neutrality.
Diverse corridor characteristics, mixed traffic composition, and regional economic factors demanded detailed validation to establish credible baselines and realistic growth rates.
Translink executed deep-dive analyses of passenger and commodity movements, reconciled field and transaction data, and developed corridor-specific traffic models.
Continuous consultations with NHAI, investors, and transaction advisors ensured shared understanding of assumptions and equitable value realization. The outcome balanced investor interest with NHAI’s goal of maximizing asset value and transparency.
The findings supported NHAI in successfully awarding TOT Bundle 16 to Highway Infrastructure Trust for ₹ 6,661 crores in September 2024. This achievement contributed to NHAI’s 100 % success rate in FY 2023-24, strengthening investor confidence and reinforcing institutional credibility in India’s national highway monetization program.
Through such assignments, Translink continues to enhance the analytical depth and integrity of India’s infrastructure valuation ecosystem.
